Products are stocked up on a regular basis.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock!

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • All Beckmann’s products come with the following warranty period against manufacturing and material defects:
  • Suitcases, 5 years.
  • Backpacks: 2 years + 2 years when registering for the extended warranty.
  • Other products: 2 years.
  • The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase.
  • How to issue a warranty claim
  • A Warranty claim must be reported to the place of purchase. Upon presentation of warranty claims, a receipt for purchase within the warranty period of 2 years must be presented.
  • For backpacks with Extended Warranty, you must additionally include the extended warranty registration number sent out by Beckmann after completed registration

Warranty Conditions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear due to general use.
  • Overloading of the product.
  • Minor material deviations on colour, as well as external influences such as temperature, humidity and pollution.
  • Damage caused by accidents, transportation, collisions or accidents and theft.
  • Damages resulting from the use of third-party accessories are not covered.

In the event of a warranty claim, the warranty is not extended with 2 additional years.

Register backpack for extended warranty

All Beckmann backpacks come with 2 years warranty. When registering your backpack, you extend the warranty by 2 extra years from the date of purchase (2 + 2).

Registration of backpacks must be completed within 1 year from the date of purchase.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
